What data we process
When you fill in the contact form we process the information you enter:
- Full name, work email, and company.
- Area of interest and the description of your case, if you choose to add one.
To protect the form against abuse, we also temporarily log the IP address the request is sent from.
How we use it
We use your data only to answer your request, schedule the meeting and, where relevant, prepare a service proposal. We do not use it to send you advertising, and we do not sell or transfer it to third parties.
Legal basis
We process your data because you provide it voluntarily so that we can contact you, and because it is necessary for the pre-contractual steps you request.
Who we share it with
Requests are delivered to our corporate mailbox, hosted on Microsoft 365, which acts as our technology provider. Other than that, we will only disclose your data when required by law or by a competent authority.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that may follow. If no business relationship results, we delete it within 24 months at most. IP logs used against abuse are deleted automatically within a few hours.
Your rights
Under Chilean personal data protection law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, and blocking of your data by writing to contacto@qco.cl. We will respond within the legal time limits.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores your language preference (Spanish or English) in your browser so the site is shown in the language you chose.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
